How long will it take to receive my order?

Each arrangement is handcrafted to order in our New York studio.

Processing time: 1–2 business days  
Shipping (U.S. outside NYC): up to 3 business days  
Estimated delivery: typically 3–5 business days from the date of purchase  

For NYC customers, same-day delivery is available on select days.

What is your return and damage replacement policy?

Due to the delicate and made-to-order nature of our preserved arrangements, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.

Yes — our roses are 100% real, natural roses. Each bloom is carefully selected and preserved using a specialized process that maintains its softness, structure, and natural beauty.

We do not use artificial or silk flowers. Every arrangement is made with genuine preserved roses.

How long do preserved roses last?

With proper care, Maison Cupid preserved roses can last one to three years or longer. They are designed to maintain their color and shape without the short lifespan of fresh flowers.

Do preserved roses require water or maintenance?

No — preserved roses do not require water. In fact, water can damage the petals.

Our arrangements are maintenance-free. For best results, keep them indoors in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
